How to Order

We accept orders only in Japan.

Enter the required information in the order form and submit.
Free shipping for all internet orders.

Telephone orders (toll free)

Operators will handle your order from 9:30 am-6:00 pm except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Delivery
It takes about 2 days to deliver the ordered products (except to some areas).
Please inform us of your preferred delivery date/time.

Shipping fee
All internet orders are free shipping if the total amount will be more than ¥3,500.
Telephone orders will be charged ¥525 as shipping fee if the total amount will be less than ¥10,000.

Method of payment
Payment will be by C.O.D. (collect on delivery) or credit card, Diners Club, VISA, Master, JCB, and DC.
If C.O.D., please pay cash to deliverer upon arrival of products.
If you wish to use a credit card, please type the name of your credit card, credit card number, expiration date (year and month), and your name in the comment box provided on the order form.

Return policy
Returns on products can be made only within 7 days of shipment for exchange or refund.
Please inform us the reason for returns, the returned product names, and the number of items by telephone in advance. Products must be returned at customer expense if for customer's own convenience.
